SHIPPING - DELIVERY - RETURN
Shipping
Each shipping time is indicated on the product page.
A tracking number is sent to the customer by email at the time of shipment.
- For items listed as being in stock : Orders are prepared by us within a maximum of 1 to 4 days.
If you require urgent shipping or have a specific request, please contact us directly by email at hello@loyiva.com, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- For items marked as shipped by the manufacturer (BAZAR BIZAR): Shipping time will be 3 to 5 business days. If the delay is longer, the customer will be notified by email of the new shipping timeframe.
- For pre-ordered items: They will be shipped by us within 2 to 4 weeks.
- For items that are being restocked: They will be shipped by us no later than the date indicated on the product page.
Delivery & price
Shipping costs are in Euros (€), VAT included.
For shipments via BPOST, the choice of delivery address is made on the payment page of the LOYIVA website.
For shipments via Mondial Relay, the choice of delivery address will be made after validation of your order via a link sent by LOYIVA at the time of shipment of your order.
- In Belgium:
You have the option of having your order delivered by BPOST or MONDIAL RELAY.
Delivery time with BPOST is 1 to 3 days and will cost you €6.
The delivery time with MONDIAL RELAY (to a relay point) is 3 working days and will cost you €4.
Free delivery is offered for purchases over €150.
Please note, for any purchase of an item that is shipped directly from our manufacturer (BAZAR BIZAR) the delivery will be €10.
If you order items from LOYIVA and our manufacturer (BAZAR BIZAR) in the same order, it will be shipped in two parts.
You will not be able to choose the delivery method for items shipped directly from LOYIVA. Your order will be automatically delivered by BPOST to the address you provide. Items from our manufacturer will be delivered by their chosen carrier (DPD, FEDEX, or DACHSER) to the same address. Therefore, you will receive your order in two parts.
If your order contains items in stock, others on pre-order or restocks, it will be shipped to you in several installments so that you receive your items as quickly as possible.
- In France & the Netherlands:
Your order will be delivered by MONDIAL RELAY.
The delivery time with MONDIAL RELAY (to a relay point) is 5 working days and will cost you €6.
Free delivery is offered for purchases over €250.
Please note, for any purchase of an item that is shipped directly from our manufacturer (BAZAR BIZAR) the delivery will be €13.
If you order items from LOYIVA and our manufacturer (BAZAR BIZAR) in the same order, it will be shipped in two parts.
Items shipped from LOYIVA will be delivered by Mondial Relay to your chosen pickup point (a link to select your pickup point will be sent to you upon shipment). Items from our manufacturer will be delivered by their chosen carrier (DPD, FedEx, or Dachser) to the same address. Therefore, you will receive your order in two parts.
- In Spain & Portugal:
Your order will be delivered by MONDIAL RELAY.
Delivery time with MONDIAL RELAY (to a relay point) is 5 to 6 working days and will cost you €15.
Free delivery is offered for purchases over €250.
Please note, for any purchase of an item that is shipped directly from our manufacturer (BAZAR BIZAR) the delivery will be €20.
If you order items from LOYIVA and our manufacturer (BAZAR BIZAR) in the same order, it will be shipped in two parts.

Your order will be delivered to your home by MONDIAL RELAY.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You can only cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@loyiva.com , mentioning your order number.
CANCELLED ARTICLES
Unfortunately, in exceptional cases, during the processing of your order, an item may become out of stock or not meet our quality standards. In this case, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item, as well as the shipping costs (if your order contained only that item).
It is also possible that a pre-ordered or restocked item may no longer be available from our supplier or may exceed the shipping date we initially set. In this case, you will be notified by email. If there is a delay, you can cancel your order by emailing us at hello@loyiva.com or wait until the new delivery date. If the item cannot be delivered by our supplier, you will receive a refund for the item and the shipping costs (if it was the only item in your order). A gesture of goodwill will also be offered.
BACK
Time limit :
You can return part or all of your order within 14 days of delivery. If you were not present at the time of delivery, the return period will still begin from that date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
How to do it:
Please ensure that the following conditions are met before making a return:
The item must be in its original packaging, with the labels affixed or attached, and must not have been used, washed, altered, or damaged.
To make a return, go to your customer account on our website and enter the email address you used to place your order. You will then receive a unique login code by email shortly. Once logged in, select your order and request a return.

Please note: Returns to collection points will not be considered as returns under the right of withdrawal and will not lead to a refund.
Please ensure that all items are carefully packed and protected in their original packaging so that they arrive undamaged. Also, please use a secure shipping method (with tracking and/or signature confirmation and insurance) and retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your package or damage to the merchandise during return shipping.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
If the customer refuses postal delivery of their order or does not collect their order from the BPOST or MONDIAL RELAY collection point, this cannot be considered a return under the right of withdrawal and will not lead to a refund.
REFUNDS
Time limit :
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, we will be happy to issue a refund. All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
The refund may take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account.
After 10 days, if you have not yet received a refund:
Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us by email at hello@loyiva.com mentioning your order number, you will receive a response within 72 hours.
Sale items, promotional items or personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
EXCHANGE
An exchange is possible only for defective products, subject to availability in stock.
If your package arrives damaged, we will exchange the damaged items free of charge, provided you send us a written request by email, along with several photos of the damaged items, to hello@loyiva.com, mentioning your order number, within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept claims.
