SHIPPING - DELIVERY - RETURN
Shipping
Each shipping delay is notified on the product sheet.
A tracking number is emailed to the customer at the time of shipment.
- For items indicated as being in stock : Orders are prepared by us within 1 to 4 days maximum.
If you require urgent shipping or if you have a particular recommendation, please contact us directly by email at hello@loyiva.com, we will do our best to respond favorably to your request.
- For items indicated as being shipped by the manufacturer (BAZAR BIZAR): Shipping time will be 3 to 5 business days. If the delay is longer, an information notification is sent by e-mail to the customer to inform them of this new shipping delay.
- For pre-ordered items: They will be shipped by us within 2 to 4 weeks.
- For items that are in restocking: They will be shipped by us no later than the date indicated on the product sheet.
Delivery & price
Transport costs are in Euro (€), VAT included.
For shipments via BPOST, the choice of delivery address is made on the payment page of the LOYIVA website.
For shipments via Mondial Relay, the choice of delivery address will be made after validation of your order via a link sent by LOYIVA when your order is shipped.
- In Belgium :
You have the choice of being delivered by BPOST or MONDIAL RELAY.
The delivery time with BPOST is 1 to 3 days and will cost you €6.
The delivery time with MONDIAL RELAY (at a relay point) is 3 working days and will cost you €4.
From 150€ of purchase, delivery will be free.
Please note, for any purchase of an item that is shipped directly from our manufacturer (BAZAR BIZAR) delivery will be €10.
If you order items from LOYIVA and our manufacturer (BAZAR BIZAR) in the same order, it will be shipped in two installments.
You will not be able to choose the delivery method for items shipped directly from LOYIVA. You will be delivered automatically by BPOST to the address you have chosen. And the items from our manufacturer will be delivered by the transport company chosen by the latter (DPD, FEDEX or DACHSER) to the same address. You will therefore receive your order in 2 parts.
If your order contains items in stock, others on pre-orders or restocks, it will be sent to you in several installments, so that you receive your items as quickly as possible.
- In France & the Netherlands:
You will be delivered by MONDIAL RELAY.
The delivery time with MONDIAL RELAY (at a relay point) is 5 working days and will cost you €9.
From 250€ of purchase, delivery will be free.
Please note, for any purchase of an item that is shipped directly from our manufacturer (BAZAR BIZAR) delivery will be €13.
If you order items from LOYIVA and our manufacturer (BAZAR BIZAR) in the same order, it will be shipped in two installments.

You will be delivered by MONDIAL RELAY to your home.
The delivery time with MONDIAL RELAY is 6 working days and will cost you €13.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Canceling your order is only possible if it has not yet been processed. To do this, please contact us as soon as possible via hello@loyiva.com , mentioning your order number.
CANCELED ITEMS
Unfortunately, in exceptional cases, it may happen that during the processing of your order, an item is no longer in stock or does not meet the quality requirements that we have set. In this case, the purchase price of the item, as well as shipping costs (if your order only contained this item) will be refunded to you.
It may also be the case that a pre-ordered or restocked item can no longer be delivered to us by our supplier or may exceed the shipping time that we had set. From then on, you will be informed by e-mail, if it is a delay, you can cancel your order by sending us an e-mail to hello@loyiva.com or wait until the new date indicated. If the item cannot be delivered by our supplier, you will be reimbursed for the item and delivery costs if it was the only item in your order. A commercial gesture will be granted to you.
BACK
Time limit :
You can partially or completely return your order to us within 14 days from the day of delivery; if you are not present at the time of delivery, the return period will still start from of this date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund.
How to do :
Please ensure that the following conditions are met before making a return:
The item must be in its original packaging, with labels glued or attached and must not have been used, washed, modified or damaged,
To make a return, go to the customer area of our site and indicate your email address with which you placed your order and you will receive a few moments later a unique connection code by email. Once in your customer area, select your order and request a return.

Please note: Returns to a relay point will not be considered as a return within the framework of the right of withdrawal and will not lead to a refund.
Be sure to carefully package and protect all items in the original packaging so that they arrive intact. Also be sure to use a secure shipping method (with tracking and/or signature and insurance) and keep the proof because we cannot be held responsible in the event of loss of your package or damage caused to the goods during the return .
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Gift cards are not refundable.
If the customer refuses postal delivery of their order or does not collect their order from the BPOST or MONDIAL RELAY collection point, this cannot be considered as a return under the right of withdrawal and cannot lead to a refund.
REFUNDS
Time limit :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, we will happily refund your money. Any refunds will be made via the payment method used during the original purchase. Please note delivery costs are not refunded.
The refund may take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account.
After 10 days, if you have not yet received a refund:
Contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us by email at hello@loyiva.com quoting your order number, you will receive a response within 72 hours.
Sale, promotional or personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
EXCHANGE
An exchange is only possible for defective products, subject to availability in stock.
If upon delivery of your package, it has been damaged during transport, we will exchange the damaged items, free of charge, provided that you send us a written request by e-mail as well as several photos of the damaged items to the address following hello@loyiva.com by mentioning your order number within 24 hours of receipt of your order. After this period we will no longer be able to receive any disputes.
